Making ice lollies is a lot of fun and so easy to prepare, perfect for keeping cool this summer. If you like coffee, you’ll love these – this recipe is great for using up leftover coffee if you’ve made too much.
What You Need:
- Ground coffee
- Brown sugar
- Almond milk (or cows milk if you prefer)
- Lolly moulds (TK MAXX or any home store should sell these)
- Coffee machine/Cafetiere
Make up a batch of your favourite coffee – you can use any sort of coffee machine to do this, or a Cafetiere. You should be able to judge how much coffee you need, depending on how many lollies you are making.
Add the milk to taste and then the sugar. If you prefer you can skip the milk and only add the sugar. It’s best to do this in a jug to make pouring easier.
Pour the coffee into your lolly moulds, put them in the freezer and wait for at least 4 hours before getting them out!
You could also add in vanilla, hazelnut or caramel syrup for a flavoured version of your favourite coffee!
